- Check the address on your Discord account. Compare it with the complete receiving address, including the domain. A new InboxForNow address does not update Discord’s account details.
- On desktop or browser: open User Settings using the cog beside your username. In My Account, select “Resend Verification Email”.
- On mobile: open User Settings from your avatar, select Account, then use the “Verify” banner.
- Follow the received email. If the verification email has expired, request another using the same controls. Discord says its support team cannot send verification emails manually.
These controls are documented in Discord’s resend instructions. Interface labels may change.
For InboxForNow, keep the selected inbox active and check its remaining time. Reloading this tab attempts to reopen that inbox while it still exists. A resend cannot restore an expired inbox. There is no spam folder or sender-allowlist setting in this tool; if you need those controls, use a lasting mailbox that provides them. See our missing-email checklist for receiving checks.
When Discord asks for a phone number
Discord may require a valid mobile number as an account safety check. Its instructions say the number cannot already be attached to another Discord account. An address from this receive-only email tool does not provide a phone number or receive SMS messages. Follow Discord’s account verification instructions for the requirement shown on your account.
Email verified, but still unable to send messages?
Discord servers can set their own verification level. According to Discord’s verification-level documentation:
- Low
- A verified email is required.
- Medium / High
- Email verification is combined with waiting periods. High also includes time spent in the server.
- Highest
- A verified phone number is required.
Discord states that a verified phone number supersedes these email and time requirements. If the server still blocks participation, check its instructions or ask its administrator. Receiving another email does not by itself resolve every server restriction.

Does temporary email work with Discord?
We have not verified whether Discord accepts our current receiving domain. Acceptance can change, and an email inbox cannot replace a required phone number or another verification step.
What should I do if an email does not arrive?
Check the copied address, your connection, and the inbox timer. A sender may delay mail or reject the domain. A new address may use the same receiving domain and will not reliably fix a rejection. Use a supported permanent address if required. Follow the missing-email checklist.
Can I recover my Discord account after the inbox expires?
This inbox cannot receive recovery emails after expiry. Saving a password does not ensure future access: another email verification may be required. Use a permanent email or lasting forwarding alias for an account you want to keep.
Does Discord permit disposable addresses?
Consult the platform’s current terms and account requirements. This page does not establish permission or compatibility. InboxForNow is intended for permitted one-time messages and testing, and does not bypass platform requirements.
